New sky box

Hi,  we're looking to

see if there is a newer sky q box available as we're having a media wall and don't want to build the space too large if there is a smaller model available. Please can you advise what's the newest box.

Does sky stream work the same as sky q?

@James751  No it's a completely different system that runs off broadband connection not satellite 

and has no local storage capacity for recordings

No.  The main Q box is unchanged.  (And is likely to have a limited lifespan due to satellite decommissioning is 2029 or so)

The last main Q box was released in late 2019, and is essentially no difference in size from the original early 2016 model.  Q Mini boxes haven't changed form-factor in a decade.

Stream is a fundamentally different platform, albeit accessing broadly the same content range.
