Screen changes without me pressing anything

Without me even pressing anything, the screen will keep jumping from time to time. For example, now if I am watching something on YouTube, it will change to the last Sky Channel I was on, without me even pressing anything. Or sometimes, I will be watching something on a Sky channel, and the channel information that comes on the bottom of the screen when you press the 'select' button will randomly appear without me pressing anything. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi @Fiona0206   Do you have another Bluetooth device close to the Sky Q remote? Something like a mobile phone. Dog sitting on the remote?

Hi @MightyQuinn thank you for your response! I have neither of those, its really strange and I can't seem to understand what may be causing it. It has been happening for the last few weeks now. Even to the point that there have been a couple of times that I have turned off the TV and the Sky Box, but not longer later it turns on itself.
