Says I need to upgrade subscription

So basically I can't download anything on demand or watch Apps with my subscription including Paramount Plus etc. I have all the relevant subscriptions and it has always worked previously but suddenly it's saying I don't have the relevant subscriptions which is obviously incorrect.

FYI I have tried restarting the hub and SkyQ box and followed all the online guides to try and rectify this but nothing has resolved the issue.

Can we clarify ~ do you have the HD add on? If not please try changing the default download preference from HD to SD in
Main Menu > Settings > Setup > Preferences

If you do have the HD add on or the above does not fix the issue post again on this thread so we can potentially escalate your post to Sky. Sky will then try to refresh the viewing card which sometimes needs a couple of attempts. I've actually just phoned Sky and they've resolved the issue quickly by resending the signal to my Sky box. Apologies, probably should have rung them before posting on here. Thanks for your help anyway.
