Sky box is saying I have no satelite sigmal and nothing is loading. Its connected to the wifi and i have restarted it and what not and still nothing. Nothing is loading, no programss, apps or tv guides.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Kiieran Do you have your own dish (may need a Sky engineer to realign it) or a communal dish (you need to contact your management company). Obviously check the cable to ensure that they are not damaged and connected properly.

Hey there, thanks for your reply. Don't think it is the dish as we have numerous other boxes in the house and they are all working fine. Just mine in my bedroom which isn't working. Very frustrating!

@Kiieran if its just yours Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
then
the mini box in your room
