Sky tv not connecting to sky wifi

I have sky tv & broadband I have reset the network connection so many times it now says connected but my tv is still not working and my apps are not working please help

@Ab33ndnnebf do you have Sky Q/Sky HD or  sky Glass/stream as Sky Q/HD gets its signal from a satellite signal so if your network is down you should still get TV signal. 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Try turning off both your router and your Sky box off at the plug. Leave the router for 30 seconds before turning on and wait until you have a good WiFi connection (on other devices) before restarting your Sky box.
