I have sky tv & broadband I have reset the network connection so many times it now says connected but my tv is still not working and my apps are not working please help

@Ab33ndnnebf do you have Sky Q/Sky HD or sky Glass/stream as Sky Q/HD gets its signal from a satellite signal so if your network is down you should still get TV signal.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry turning off both your router and your Sky box off at the plug. Leave the router for 30 seconds before turning on and wait until you have a good WiFi connection (on other devices) before restarting your Sky box.
