You'll need to contact Sky to arrange an engineer to check alignment.

Signal still going off ... do you have a contact number for sky because this is a rubbish way to communicate and takes for ever to respond.... I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting ... and really annoying

Go through the troubleshooter on My Sky for No Satellite Signal. At the end, you can choose to book an engineer or "still need more help" which has a Call option.
