Satellite dish fix
Lnb seems to have come detached from main arm on my dish. Sky have quoted me 25 days for an engineer appointment. I'm absolutely fuming as they've just hiked my charges upto £97 per month. Customer service is abysmal. Gutted as no tv for nearly a month. It's just not fair!

Re: Satellite dish fix
It may be quicker to employ a local satellite company at your own expense but get a quote first.,

Re: Satellite dish fix
The dish is owned by you. Sky will likely fix it for 'free' but you are hostage to their timescales.
Once it's fixed they may consider a credit for period from the date of reporting the fault.

Chances are you can get a lot of stuff via streaming in the meantime, although likely not Sports
