Satellite dish engineers damaged other cabling

Sally and Sarah, the Sky engineers arrived yesterday to install Sky Q.  When replacing the satellite dish they have managed to disable one of my security cameras. How do I get them back to fix the problem they have created?

Re: Satellite dish engineers damaged other cabling

I.e. I want to contact the engineers. Is there a number I can call? Sky seem capable of sending texts and emails, but not allowing you to respond to them.  The sky numbers that I have tried (3 different ones) all have automated response bots, that don't provide for a human interaction to describe the problem and eventually hang up on you! All I want is to get the engineers back to sort their mess out.

@NickH001

You will need to call Sky to arrange an engineer but Sky may send a manager out first to examine the damage.

You can call Sky free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

@NickH001 If you didn't mention it at the time I don't see Sky coming back out to fix something that isn't Sky. If you didn't notice it at the time then how do you know it was the Sky engineers?
