My sky q box is over heating. When watching via an app the box shuts down
My Q box runs hot. When watching via an app the box closes down. After a while we are able to restart the box, this happens fairly frequently- say every 3 days or so
Too hot to rest your hand on the top? Is the box in a well ventilated position? Let us know and we may be able to get you some help on here if it's a fire risk.
