Yes thank you, I have been pulling my hair out,trying to speak to an adviser.
It was repaired today.
A Cable at the back of my house, had been half chewewd by a Fox or Sqirrel apparently.
A nice new cable was fitted, & it's up & running again

The actual satellite is thousands of miles overhead. Are you seeing a no satellite signal message?
