Satalight signal
Good evening I'm having issues with my sky and it's telling me I have no satellite signal but it was working fine before

May be connected with recent poor weather. Take a look at the troubleshooting on the appropriate section of this link. .

You may then need to contact Sky and arrange for an engineer to check the alignment of your dish.

No satalight
When I try to access SKY Q, It shows a message: :Technical fault?. I tried several times to book an engineer to come and fix it, but the the telephone number (removed) doesn't exist.

Same here. No sat Alight and no answer when I try to contact SKY?
They are totally unhelpful and do not show any interest in solving our problems!"
