I have to return one of the sky Q extra boxes because my mum has gone into a home- where she has ported her sky to.
They've told me they have sent 2 return boxes but neither have been received.
so then I was told to pack it up, included Name, Address and account number but NOBODY at Sky can tell me the address to send it to. Two of their agents told me to just take it to the post office and they'd know where to send it- it's ridiculous! - I did actually try that because the agents were so adamant- they won't send another returns box because they've already sent two- what can I do? I simply need the returns address! HELP!
