SKy Q box connection repeatedly dropping

I'm having issues downloading anything to my Sky Q box. I've gone through numerous network resets and the status screen continually repeats between before my connected and having no connection. This happens every 30 seconds or so. 
Every other device in my house works just fine so it must be a Sky issue.
