The SKYQ box was delivered by RM to my house
SKYQ as activated beforehandit just needed a replacement box
The SKYQ states there is no signal in my area and i cannot pair the viewing card
I spoke to my sister tonight and her system is ok
Can any one help me

I contacted sky yesterday and there was an issue with there systems, but i waited 4 hours with no luck
