When will SKY get back to normal and will we get a discount due to the fault.

SKY mot working as it should

SKY TV guide not working.  When I press TV guide its keeps coming up "Waiting for TV Schedule.  I cannot watch what I want to watch

Try powering the box off and back on again.

 

If this doesn't clear it then try rebooting your internet router and ensure the Q box is connected.

 

The lack of TV guide doesn't stop you changing channel to watch what you want?
