SKY Youtube app Shuffle play issues
So, when using SKY Q Youtube App, after signing in and selecting my playlists, I am unable to see the option for "Shuffle" The only options showing are Play All and Repeat. When I connet to my Youtube account via my pc and laptop, I see Play All, Repeat and Shuffle. Reason I ask this question is that I need the shuffle function whilst watching my playlist in my gym. I don't want to be working out to the same loaded songs top down but rather randomly played (Isn't that what shuffle is for!) Skipping tracks with the SKY remote is a pain as you have to manually press around 4 buttons before you can skip a track only to have to repeat this same laborious procedure for every track you don't want to listen to. I have refreshed my apps but the SKY Q system does not acknowledge that the apps have bee refreshed.
Am I wasting my time with this useless piece of technology and am I stuck with a half working app? Grateful if someone could throw me a bone here before the TV ends up in the skip. Thank you.
