I have returned my equipment but still getting texts

I have returned my equipment and I have proof of postage. But I am still getting texts and messages saying I still need to return them. I have until 18/08/2024 to return them or I will get charged. 
I can't send back what I don't have. Please advise what to do?

Hi @M6WUL   How long ago did you send them. It takes ages for the system to catch up so they know to stop the texts..
