Not been so helpful for me they have asked for a booking id. I have emailed back and asked them to email me new link.

I didn't get asked, but I did include my original non-working link in my email to them - maybe that's all they're after?

They finally sent a link. But same one I have already. Emailed them back but think I give up now!

I Am aware I am joining this discussion late but wanted to add my two pennies worth. I received the same off as a Sky VIP customer. Despite numerous attempts no success in activating. I dialled 150 and was switched to 4 different people none were able to.help One even suggested I had taken too long and the offer may have expired. It about time someone at Sky took responsibility and sorted it out and reissue the offer with easy access to Paramount Plus free for 6 months

Support at skyticket sorted me out a new link and code. You could try emailing them. Think the offer expired on 10th, but they are aware we had issues.
