Sky Q more expensive than Sky Glass

My contract is shortly due for renewal and I have been quoted a ridiculous increase price. New customers receive an infinitely better deal. When I spoke to a sky member of staff they were  most unhelpful.  They tried to get me to switch to sky glass which was much cheaper. I want to retain  the recording box with Sky Q. It is about time for broadband TV packages a similar law to that with Car insurance that companies cannot offer better deals to new customers.  Loyalty counts for nothing.

Fair comment @TwoJays I was actually paying more with Sky Stream than I was with Sky Q I'm an existing customer at that and got deals to fit my wallet when I switched back

Most CS's I've spoken too have gone above and beyond to get me the packages I'm happy with to commit to another 18 months

I mainly watch Sky Sports F1 other content I watch is via Netflix, Paramountplus 12months free with Sky VIP as I don't have Sky Cinema Disney+ as it's on offer for £1.99 for 3 months offer ends 20th September, Discovery+ free with my Sky tv subscription,  Apple tv 6 months free from Sky has just expired

Lionsgate 3 months free from Sky
