Paramount are surprisingly prompt - got a response within 5 minutes - but unhelpful - suggesting cancelling and trying to sign up again with another email address (already did) - and asking for a screenshot of 'the error message' (there isn't one). Wonder if it's automated...

On the billing page, you will see a field called "Coupon Code", please enter your coupon code there.
If you're having issues redeeming this promotion, kindly subscribe for a monthly subscription so we can apply the code manually on your account.
The problem is I don't have a code I have a link😡

I've followed their instructions... Now I've got three paramount accounts, none of which have a six month trial... I've run out of email addresses, and I've had it with this nonsense.

I agree. POOR response from sky . They should be sorting this , just fobbed me off , and no phone number for paramount isn't great going forward

After a bit of back and forth Paramount are now suggesting someone else has already used my 'code', and suggested speaking to sky about generating a new code.
Called Sky on the number offered on their VIP help page, and it's all automated. Although discussing VIP is an option, all of the sub-options after lead back to either account or equipment problems. Then their system just hangs up the phone. I don't think they want us asking questions about Sky VIP rewards.

It's seems like it's a big con to me. It's impossible to speak to anyone at sky who is capable of assisting. I tried a few weeks back and spent 210 mins on the phone speaking to 5 different agents/departments. I did this from my work phone, so I have a recording of the entire call. If anyone senior from sky might be vaguely interested in how appalling the service was, I'd be more than happy to email them a copy of the call to listen to. My complaint is now with the advertising standards agency, as I won't get those 210 minutes back of my life, nor 6 months free Paramount tv either it seems 😂. I'm using sky less and less these days, got better internet coverage with Three 5g, so I've cancelled the broadband & reduced sky tv package to bear minimum. We"ll see if we miss anything over the next 18 months contract, or if indeed we can do without sky and just subscribe to the other tv service providers that we might want to watch.

I had the exact same. I spoke to someone at sky vip and they sent me a link to hotukdeals that showed the paramount offer !!! I kid u not!

I honestly think they don't care. You might think someone there might be monitoring this chat! I agree I've had it with sky, no more renewing for me, it's poor value compared to Netflix etc. . If they didn't have football they'd be finished

I spoke to Sky Yesterday . they confirmed i was entitled to Paramount Plus free for 6 momnths but said they could not help ke upload it as it was a technical Issue. They could not or would not put me through to the department that might help.Why offer it if they cannot deliver

I had a look at the hot uk deals page and someone suggested emailing support at skyticketit.com
They've said they'll look into it...

Skyticketit (VIP) support email did the trick - they sent through a new link and code, and it actually worked!
