Hi @HalcyonDays

Paramount plus on Q is included free if you have Sky Q Cinema.

Don't know if the mail you received is genuine.

Hi @HalcyonDays

Paramount plus on Q is included free if you have Sky Q Cinema.

Don't know if the mail you received is genuine.

Hi @HalcyonDays if you don't have Cinema it's a genuine offer as I've redeemed it via Giveaways in the My Sky app but I suggest only doing it via the My Sky app

If you already have Sky Cinema then you don't need to do anything else like @oldfella has said it's free if you have Sky Cinema.

Read the instructions very carefully on how to redeem as the link for the offer which has a code after promo= this is not automatically entered into the apply code.

You do need to select a subscription but select any but make sure the offer code is in the apply code box before you select continue

Re: SKY Vip Paramount Plus E Mail

I received a VIP email also, offering me 12 months free Paramount subscription. Absolutley no mention of having to have Sky Cinema. I also carefully checked the T&C's attached to the email and agaion no mention of haveign to subscribe to Sky cinema. Looks like they are falsley advertising to their customers. Sky agent tried to telll me the email was not genuine. It's the same email address they use for Sky VIP rewards all the time.

Sky are/were giving selected customers free access via Sky VIP to Paramount+ if they haven't got it already on their case already so in this case it might be that having Sky Cinema on the account is not required.

Re: SKY Vip Paramount Plus E Mail

I to signed up via sky vip. I received a link to access the free offer. However the promo code isn't automatically filled in on the paramount payment page so I'm unable to get this offer. The sky email says contact paramount CS  for help. It's an email which I have tried twice and had no response from them. Has anyone had any luck with this and can offer me some advice?

Hi @Pauldock copy the code from your link it's 16 characters long starting with sky and 13 characters the code you need is after 2?promo=

Then paste it into Apply coupon box on Paramount payment page

@Pauldock

Try the following email which I have successfully used for communication with P+ regarding the offers :

Re: SKY Vip Paramount Plus E Mail

Thanks, I have contacted them already via that link. They have said sign up for the free 7 day trial and they will apply the 6 months once im signed up.....not sure I'm happy with that solution. Sounds like a **bleep** up waiting to happen!

Re: SKY Vip Paramount Plus E Mail

Same issue here - wondered if it might be due to trying the signup process on iOS devices (too locked down to visit dodgy links!), but didnt get round to trying anything else.

Pasting and using 'Apply code' doesn't do anything - but it recognises it as a code, because if you change it even slightly it says it's not recognised, but leave it as is and it does nothing. You then get an email or log into your account and it shows you've only got a 7 day trial.

NB once you've entered your name and email it sets up an account whether or not you select a payment plan or are successful in getting the offer, and there doesn't seem to be a way back - if you try the link again it says you already have an account, which you have to log into, which takes you away from the link page, and you get the same options and inability to add the code.

Their support pages say the same as Sky - you have to use the link and it should auto-fill - but they let you contact them fairly easily, and seem to be email based - wonder if they'll get back before the offer expires...
