SKY TV

We are having severe problems every night for the last few months with Sky closing down and a message on top left hand side saying "We are reloading your Programme" this occurs every night betwen 5.30pm and 6..45pm the screen also goes blank and everything switches off! we re-bott verything only for it to happen again and again. 

We would like an engineer out so solve this problem that we are having. Ideally we should not have to call the 0345 line after submitting a fault. there should be an easier number to call especially as we have Sky phone too.

For timed events like that, it's worth pondering what else is switched on in the property: one typical candidate for generating faults is a failing circulating pump on a heating system.
