SKY TV AND BROADBAND SET UP

Hi, 

This sunday I am having my SKY TV and Broadband all fitted up and started. I have only moved from one flat in the complex I live in to another - they have said that they will need access to the communal tv system - does anyone know where these tend to be? In a communal cupboard? As we have a communal cuoboard downstairs but I feel when the sky engineer came three years ago to the same complex he had to go in the attic space?

TBH I think they can be anywhere but quite often are a cupboard type access on each floor - I guess it will depend on several factors.
