SKY SPORTS
I want to take it off my package its literaly putting me into debt and I cant seem to do it online . I dont have a contract anymore and my bill is going up every month to ridiculous levels and I just want to see how to bring it down or else I will just have to cancel the whole thing

You can’t cancel anything via the forum. To remove part of your TV package you need to give 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount. You may be able to remove it from your My Sky account at

otherwise you can either call Sky or use the messaging service to cancel this

You do have a contract. What you don't have a a lock-in discount period.
Bill is probably not going up every month but this is the time of year when the annual increase happens.
