I have been trying to upgrade to Sky Q but when I choose a date for install online it tells me there's an issue. 

 

Has anyone else encountered this??

If you're wanting to upgrade to Sky Q from Sky+ have you called Sky on the dedicated phone number in the letter you should have received?
