My Sky Q box loses connection and then reconnects constantly, thus I'm unable to download anything. I've tried via Ethernet and WiFi and the same problem persists.
I don't have an issue with any other connected devices in the house, either those hardwired or over WiFi.
Thanks.

When you tried ethernet did you disable wifi and do a full network reset on the Q?

I used the 001 function to reset the network and then tried both the Ethernet and WiFi functions again and still the same issue. The network page has the tick for connected and then switches to unconnected and then back to connected again. This repeats in 5-10 second intervals.

Have exactly the same problem since I had full fibre installed. Starts download and cuts out citing no subscription which is not true. Had an hd box with a tatty card and blamed that. Engineer who installed the Qbox said there would be a problem with my broadband and said to contact my ISP, County Broadband. They have no answer. This problem only affects Sky services even the Qbox works fine with BBC, Netflix, Amazon etc. Looking at this forum it's clear many people with different ISPs have problems. I have tried all the fixes mentioned, none work. The network connection has a steady tick it's the internet which it claims is switching on and off. It clearly doesn't as other apps wouldn't work. Sky need to stop pretending this is someone else's fault and sort it.

Yes this is the same for me. Just since FFBroadband was installed.
