SKY Q mini box is not working most of the time. Satellite signal and wifi are fine - main box is ok

We had sky Q earlier this year and in April decided to have it in two rooms, so getting the mini box.  It was ok at first but recently it doesn't always come on and so the TV doesn't either.  Any ideas?
