SKY Q mini box intermittent network connection

I have a main SKY 2TB box and two mini boxes but one of the mini boxes loses network connection intermittently.  I have checked wifi access in the room, where the mini box is, it is good.  

Has someone else had this issue and what is the solution?

Who provides your internet?  (As the Q may not be using your Wifi)

I am with BT and have been with them for over 10 years.

Ok, then your Wifi is not used for the Q boxes to connect to each other.

They create their own 5GHz network on ch 36 - ensure your BT router is not using the same space as they will interfere.

You may need to call Sky to get a booster to extend the signal.
