SKY Q introduction advertisement

My Sky Q box was normally working last night but all of a sudden this morning it keeps playing the Sky Q introduction advertisement. I've troed restarting the box as well as my TV and everything but it won't change. Can anyone help please.

Hi @Malikz   It is simply on channel 999 or 998. Change to a normal channel.

It says that there is no channel found
