@Daniel0210 hi yes This channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal. I have rebooted the sky box but it's still the same

Check that the connections at the back of the box are tight (not too tight though), but it may be your dish is slightly out of alignment and if so this will need an engineer to rectify.
