i get random small annoyances, and have tried to do a manual update.
According to settings, an update is available.
I click, and it says, UPDATING.
WAIT UNTIL FINISH, AND TURN OFF.
I do all that, and follow the rules precisely
If I go back, and check again, it still says, update available, and the same issues occur
Issues....
Apparently this is prime, do an update stuff, but it doesn't solve it ... Or update isnt updating.

- Recordings for same program and series, show separately in recordings list.

The message does not say update available.
It says Update with the latest software.
This is the message even when it is on the latest version.
Forcing a manual update when already on the latest doesn't refresh the Software and it just does an extended reboot.

Those are issues known by Sky to be affecting some subscribers, but this doesn't mean they are resolved by any current firmware release. Repeatedly running the manual update process just causes the box to restart each time.
