Hi @dimaria7

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
To contact Sky
Select Need more help
at the bottom of the following link and this will lead to a phone contact.

@dimaria7

In what way is it faulty? Have Sky informed you they are going to exchange it?

If they have it'll probably be via a 'doorstep box swap' whereby a courier company (usually DPD in the UK) deliver a new box and take your pre-disconnected faulty box away so remember to remove the viewing card from the old box before it disappears into the van. Also accept the power cable the courier brings in case it's a different fitting to the one you have.

sky q not working

'not working' isn't a lot to advise on...

Perhaps some error messages etc.?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@dimaria7   Your other thread has been removed as you've already raised the issue here and have received replies.  Another thread isn't needed or helpful

@dimaria7

Your duplicate thread has been removed and the reply to it by @PandJ2020 moved to this one.

Its pointless making multiple threads asking the same, especially when the original thread has advice already on it.
