SKY NOT Caring
I have given up on contacting SKY.Engineers have been out three times for movie channels pixelating.
All of them say the cable from dish to sky a box is too long but SKY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT😡
It was the SKY ENGINEER who fitted the cable in the first place.
I have had to cancel all movie channels,
SKY DO NOT CARE😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Re: SKY NOT Caring
How long is the cable then?
Movie channels do appear to be the first casualty for an impaired signal.
Bear in mind you can download movies...

Re: SKY NOT Caring
Are the cables going to a wall socket ? or straight into the box ?

Re: SKY NOT Caring
How long are they?
and why couldn't the engineers run a shorter route?

Re: SKY NOT Caring
I had a long run once and had pixelation on certain channels, it was down to the cables going into a wall socket. Removing the wall socket aspect and putting the cables directly into the box solved the pixalation problems.

Re: SKY NOT Caring
@TheyKnow well commonsense suggests that if the cable's too long, either the dish needs to be moved closer to your Sky box, which presumably isn't possible or the engineers would have done it, or your Sky box needs to be repositioned so that it's closer to the dish which might not be practical. What else would ypu have Sky do?
