What you need to do is to reboot your main Sky Q box, leave it off for 2 minutes before powering it back up then do the same with your minis.

I got a 'No Satellite' on my minibox yesterday and did the reset procedures. The Router, Sky Q and minibox all reset with no difference. This morning the No Satellite had become 'unable to connect to internet' and once again did a full reset following the 'help' files.. Then I found this group and again tried everything mentioned here (I think) and still the minibox doesnt connect even though all the checks say it is setup right, except it cannot find either the internet connection or the last Update.. Obviously no help from Sky so does anyone know of any other ideas, or do I try Sky tomorrow and get rid of the minibox.

My mini not back on so will phone engineers tomorrow

Sky mini box

My sky in my bedroom will not show the recordings or tv guide just keeps spinning i have turned everything off and restarted it still not working please help

STILL no satellite signal since yesterday

Despite trying all the recommended actions my box still says no satellite signal since yesterday lunchtime! Sky banner headline on the my sky app say the problem is fixed.... not for me!! Earliest engineer appointment next Thursday! Not good sky!!!

Sky don't deserve the customers they have got and they aren't exactly cheap.

They are great sellers and rubbish at anything else especially when it would be good to have an engineer when you need one not days or weeks later.

Can't access any recordings on main box or on demand services. Mini box says no satellite connection and has been this way since yesterday. 
I've been messing around with it on and off all day because Sky claim the issue is fixed. If they just acknowledged that there is still an issue I wouldn't have wasted my time. 
Really disappointed with this service!

Hi.. thanks worked for us aswell after the just using the first Reset only. Lost all the Apps on the main box. So I have gone back in via the same mode to refresh the APP's on the Main Box. Thanks so much.

I was the same then I sent them a complaint strangely enough my mini q box came back just over 1 hour later. Probably a coincidence.

Just fixed my mini q box's, unplug router main box and mini q box's, wait 2 min and plug router back in, wait 5 min the plug in main box, once that's working you can then plug in mini q box, if more than 1 mini box wait u til first back on before switching next back on

I've done everything including switching it off and leaving it for 10minutes at both ends I've got the main box and tele on but not the one in the bedroom the mini q box it is saying no signal.
