Sky Go Issues

A long message.

1) I have a Sky Q box and all is good.

I have a strong broadband and internet connection, and a wired connection from the back of my Sky Q box to my BT router.

1 have no issues watching  live tv on my Sky Q box. I can also watch Sky Go on my laptop.

I have noticed that when I go into Settings and then Status and then Watch via Sky Go there is a message that says Your Sky Q box is not enabled to connect to Sky Go. I then click on Reactivate and then click on Confirm and then it takes me back to Watch Via Sky Go. I have done a reboot by turning Sky Q box off at the wall and still no good.

2) On a separate issue. Recently I have noticed when I am watching television through my Sky Q box. Every so often I get a strange alert comes up on my screen asking whether I have any questions. I do nothing and alert disappears after about five seconds.

Do you have a multiscreen sub as you need this to link the Sky app to your Sky Q box as this then allow you to use the app to watch back your recordings when they are connected together.
