Returns

You have sent me a returns package for my sky Q but nobody is in the house to send it back . The house will be empty to the middle of October

@kuang  You can return it on your return but make sure you obtain and keep indefinitely and very safe proof of postage 

 

this will be required if sky applies none return fees

 

if fees are applied post on this thread again when you have proof and we can get you some help
