My satellite signal strength is 40 I am constantly loosing my picture I need my satellite dish reloc

My satellite signal strength is between 30/40 I am constantly loosing my picture I need my satellite dish relocated

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@rob 

If you need your dish relocating you will have to call Sky to arrange an engineer for which they are likely to charge £65. If its just adjustment of alignment of dish they probably won't charge.

 

Alternatively you can engage a local satellite contractor who may be able to start the job quicker.
