Returns

I'm downgrading my package from sky q to just the broadband they have sent me packaging to send all items back including the broadband hub but have no heard if I im getting a new hub or do I just keep it?

@Chelsea++l+wUnfortunately these messages are usually generic, I would hold on to your hub unless you are sent a new one but send back the rest of your Q equipment.

I agree with @bob1234 and just as importantly keep your proof of posting very safe and indefinitely as Unipart, who handle the returns, are not the most organised.
