Returns label missing from returns box

Need to return SkyQ box and remote - box has arrived, well some kind of krypton factor puzzle at least. But ZERO returns label. I have better things to do than waste my life on hold trying to sort this (and previous issues).

That is not a problems as 

You can print a returns label at your local Post Office if you visit and complete the steps in the Sky returns help article here;
