Hard disk drive

I keep having problems with the hard disk drive, I have carried out a reset of the hard drive and has not fixed my isssue

If you have tried all the reset hard drive options as described here, the next step would be  a replacement Sky Q box, an online form is at the bottom of the Sky help article:

When the courier does the Sky box swap on your doorstep, remember to keep hold of your Sky viewing card.

You will need this for the replacement box.
