Returns Parcel
Hi, I returned my Sky Q main box and minibox in one parcel at the Post Office on 5th April.
Unfortunately the tracking info shows no update since the 6th April. All it says is 'we've got it' (Royal Mail).
On My Sky I've had two red warnings to return the equipment by a certain date. One for the minibox and one for the main box. The warning for the minibox dissaperaed after a few days but the warning for the main box remains.
Given how unreliable Royal Mail have become of late I am unsure if this means the parcel has been delivered and Sky have only acknowledged 1 box has been returned, even though I've returned 2.
Can anybody on here help me or do I need to ring up?

If you can provide the tracking number to Sky on the phone they should be able to mark it as returned so you don't get charged.

Save you calling Sky, the Sky messaging team can do this for you.
I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
