New Sky Q mini box fully connected with programme listings but no channels will show content

New Sky Q Mini box arrived today. All set up and connected correctly. Connected to WiFi - connected to Sky Q box. Channel listings etc all present but wont show any channel content.

Says check subscription (that is ok) and if its new to wait a few minutes. still nothing after 3 hours.

Hi @dawnvowen 

Assume the mini came from Sky and you have the Sky Q Monthly Multiscreen subscription?

If so check in your main Q box Home menu - Settings - Status.

Ensure you have a tick against Watch on Sky Q mini.

Even if you do;  scroll right (to Watch on mini) and select Reactivate
