Returning sky equipment

Hi, we cancelled the sky subscription a while ago but never received the packaging to use to return the equipment and now we are apparently about to be charged for not returning.

We want to return everything but we need the packaging sent out in order to do so.

You can print off the labels for the returns here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

Remember to keep your proof of posting.
