Returning equipment

I have received the packaging to return my sky Q box. It says on there to wait for an email from them before returning it? Did anyone else have to do that or did you just send in back in the return box? Tia

Hi @LGriffiths1   Any chance of an image of what you are seeing. Just make sure that no personal information or account numbers are showing.
