Returning equipment

Hello I have recently left sky and I have been in hospital I have recieved a message saying if the items aren't returned I will get charged for it I wanted to let you know they the items were posted yesterday

I’m afraid you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a forum where customers try to help other customers.

 

Just keep the proof of posting (which I hope you got) safe and indefinitely. Returns are taking 2+ weeks to be processed so if you get charged post again in this thread and hopefully we can get you some help.

@Mariebarker  You're not addressing Sky via the forum, no  one on the forum knows who you are or your account details.

 

Make sure you keep the proof of postage, returns take around 2 weeks to process, if you get a charge on the account please post back.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
