Returning a plug

Please can I have the address to send a plug. I have already sent the box, but didn't realise there was a sky plug also

I just need the address ! I cannot work the apps or get Royal Mail label. I only have the plug to post ! The box has been returned

hi @Sallyroberts 

 

In reality SKY will not chase you for the plug lead as it is not worth their while & their processes would not match up the lead with your box.

 

Thus I would  not worry yourself about trying to return it
