My Sky Q TV contract finishes on 10 September. I know I have to return the the Q box with all the connections. Plus the remote.
Is there anything else I should do?
I will delete all my recordings.
I have tried to delete all purchased movies, but I can't.
Thank you.

Your subscription doesn't end until you cancel it through Sky and have email acknowledgment.
Once you’ve cancelled successfully Sky should send out returns packaging near the end of the cancellation period, [31 days for Sky Q box(es)], to the address that the subscription was registered at.
Note:~ If you’ve switched from Sky Q to Sky Glass the packaging is usually sent out after 31 days in case you change your mind about Glass.
You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

If you haven’t anything suitable contact Sky again and see if they’ll re-send. Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

Hi @Dingleannie
No need to delete any content from your Q box if they are being returned to Sky.
Just because your contract is ending it doesn't automatically mean that your Q subscription is terminated.
What is does mean is that any discounts you are receiving will come to an end.
To cancel your Q subscription you need to confirm with Sky directly and they will then ask return of all Q equipment.

Your purchased Buy and Keep films remain on your account once you have left Sky so they can be viewed voa the Sky Store app on LG TVs and on tablets, phones and PCs and Macs. To be able to do so you would need to contact Sky Store support after you leave Sky and ask them to change your account to a Sky Store only one.
