Returning Sky Q Minibox - Change the date

I have been asked to return my Sky Q minibox by a certain date, however I am overseas and cannot make the date. Am I able to change the return date?

You'll need to ring Sky and ask.

Unfortunately not. If you follow the links on the Sky webpage to cancel your account you sometimes get to a page where a live chat or Messenger chat is available but they may not be able to sort this kind of thing out. You're probably better persevering on the phone, as tedious as it is, I'm afraid.

I'm pretty sure you can't extend the return date. Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely when you do return it and you'll be able to have any non return fee reimbursed.
