Hi, I returned my old Sky broadband hub as requested using Royal Mail collection. I have proof of postage for 27/3/23 but have received numerous text messages and emails to say Sky have not received it. I do not want to be charged as I followed all instructions as soon as the pre paid packaging was received. Thanks

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP adress' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
