Advanced and cancel do not do anything

My q box has had a hissy fit and cannot now conect to the hard wirded network.

i have DCP enabled on the router but the sky box cannot find an ip address.

Advanced or Cancel are clickable but do not go anywhere.  It gets stuck in that screen for ages.

 

In the past Avanced has taken me to put in the ip adresses but it just sits there for 10 mins and eventually goes back to full screen tv.

Hi @Evanbaden Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

That worked to get the buttons working Thank you

But the q box still says there is no interenet despit my phone and laptop connecting tothe same network.

Very frustrating

I rang support and after an hour of not getting anywhere I had a tech guy come on the phone. He immediately asked me to free up space in recordings. I did this and the sky box connected 1st try. So hard disc space looks like the problem
